  • Car washing and detailing services
  • Interior and exterior cleaning
  • Paint protection and ceramic coating
  • Mobile car wash services
  • Fleet and commercial vehicle cleaning
  • Membership and loyalty programs

3. Booking and Appointments

Booking Process

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person
  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
  • Special requirements must be communicated at time of booking

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount
  • We may reschedule appointments due to weather or operational reasons

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • EFTPOS
  • Digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Pricing

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
  • Prices may vary based on vehicle size and condition
  • Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty vehicles
  • We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle
  • Inform us of any special requirements or vehicle conditions
  • Arrive on time for your appointment
  • Provide accurate contact information
  • Treat our staff and facilities with respect
  • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines

6. Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee:

  • Complete removal of all stains or odors
  • Repair of existing damage to your vehicle
  • Results on heavily damaged or neglected vehicles

Liability Exclusions

Sydney Car Wash is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
  • Items left in your vehicle
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control

7. Vehicle Condition and Inspection

  • We reserve the right to inspect your vehicle before service
  • Any pre-existing damage will be noted and discussed with you
  • You will be informed of any additional charges before service begins
  • We may decline service if your vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to resolve your concern or provide a refund.

Our guarantee does not cover issues arising from normal use of your vehicle after service completion.

9. Membership Terms

Membership Benefits

  • Unlimited express washes (as specified in membership plan)
  • Priority booking and scheduling
  • Exclusive member discounts
  • Special promotions and offers

Membership Conditions

  • Memberships are non-transferable
  • Monthly fees are charged automatically
  • Membership can be cancelled with 30 days notice
  • Unused services do not roll over to the next month

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sydney Car Wash and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

11. Privacy

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, power outages, or government actions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
